Hunters Element Survey Prize Draw — Terms & Conditions (June 2026)

1. This promotion is conducted by Hunters Element Australia ("the Promoter"). Questions about this promotion can be directed to marketing@evolveoutdoors.com.

2. Entry is open to individuals aged 18 years or older who are residents of Australia and who complete the Hunters Element survey during the Promotional Period. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter. No purchase is necessary to enter.

3. Entries open at 12:00 AM on 24 June 2026 and close at 11:59 PM on 4 July 2026 AEST. Entries received outside this period will not be considered.

4. To enter, participants must complete and submit in full the survey provided by Hunters Element. Only one entry per person will be accepted. Entry is free and this promotion is a game of chance — no skill is involved.

5. Five (5) winners will each receive a promo code valued at $100, redeemable online only at https://hunterselement.com.au/. The total prize pool is $500. Each promo code expires after 90 days, is for a single use, cannot be combined with any other offer or discount, and applies to the order total excluding shipping. If the value of an order is less than $100, any unused balance is forfeited and no cash or credit difference will be provided. Promo codes are not transferable, not redeemable for cash, and cannot be exchanged. If the prize is unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter's reasonable control, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value, subject to any applicable law.

6. Winners will be drawn at random within 7 days of the close of the Promotional Period electronically. Winners will be notified by email within 7 days of the draw.

7. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 7 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to forfeit that prize and conduct a redraw. Any redraw will take place within 7 days of the original draw, and any redraw winner will be notified and published in the same manner as above.

8. By entering, participants consent to the Promoter collecting their survey responses and contact details for the purpose of administering this prize draw and improving its products and services. Providing this information is required to enter; if it is not provided, the Promoter may be unable to process the entry. 9. The Promoter may modify, suspend, or cancel this promotion only where required by law or due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, and will not do so in a way that affects entries already validly received except to the extent necessary. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage arising from participation in this promotion or use of a prize.

STANDARD TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Acceptance of Terms
Participation in the Competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Competition Details
Competition details as advertised form part of these terms and conditions.

3. Eligibility
Entry is open except for employees (and their families) of Evolve Outdoors Group Ltd., Pro Team members, printers and agents, the suppliers of the prizes, and any other companies associated with the competitions.

4. Proof of Identity
Proof of identity may be required.

5. Disqualification
Use of a false name or address will result in disqualification. All entries must be made directly by the person entering the competition. No other family members, friends, office associates, or any other person will be able to participate on the Winner’s behalf.

6. Entry Method
Entries made online using methods generated by a script, macro, or automated devices will be void. No responsibility can be accepted for entries lost, delayed, or corrupted, or due to computer error in transit.

7. Terms Amendment
The promoters reserve the right to amend or alter the terms of competitions and reject entries from entrants not entering into the spirit of the competition.

8. Prize Availability
In the event of a prize being unavailable, the promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.

9. Winner Cooperation
The winner(s) agree(s) to the use of their name, photograph, and disclosure of the county of residence and will cooperate with any other reasonable requests by Evolve Outdoors Group Ltd. relating to any post-winning publicity.

10. Draw Method
Unless stated otherwise, the winner(s) will be drawn at random from all correct entries received by the closing date stated within the promotional material.

11. Contacting Winners
Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner(s). If the winner(s) cannot be contacted or are unable to comply with these terms and conditions, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant drawn at random.

12. Prize Confirmation
Confirmation of the prize will be made in writing to the winner(s).

13. Forfeiture of Prize
Failure to respond and/or provide an address for delivery, or failure to meet the eligibility requirements may result in forfeiture of the prize.

14. Judges’ Decision
Where applicable, the decision of the judges is final based on the criteria set out in the promotion, and no correspondence will be entered into over this decision.

15. Modification of Competitions
Competitions may be modified or withdrawn at any time.

16. Promoter Information
The provider of the prize and promoter is Evolve Outdoors Group Limited, 4 Glover Street, Ngauranga, Wellington, New Zealand.

17. Discrepancy Resolution
In the event of a discrepancy between these standard terms and conditions and the details in the promotional material (or any other terms and conditions provided/referred to at the time of entry), the details of the promotional material (and any other terms and conditions provided/referred to at the time of entry) shall prevail.
